Our Team

Grant Douziech,
B.Sc., MBA

Partner/Senior Consultant

Grant has worked with several large global organizations in the areas of operations and human resources. He has been in senior management roles for over 20 years, leading and developing teams. His experience in both operations and HR has given him a unique perspective on the integral role of HR within organizations. 

Grant is passionate about building success within organizations through the development of high-performance cultures and by fostering innovative thinking. He believes the cornerstones of sustainable success are built through vision, ingenuity, organizational design, empowering people, and effective execution.

He has designed and delivered successful leadership and management programs to provide future leaders with the tools and skills they need to be effective. He has redesigned the structures of organizations to support the delivery of their strategic plans.

Grant has worked with external agencies to produce aboriginal training models and frameworks. He received the Premiers Award for contributions to collaborative training in NWT, and the NSBA’s Member of the Year award. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA in leadership. He is DiSC certified and trained as a Black Belt in Six Sigma.

Sherry Timmerman,
MBA

Partner/Senior Consultant

Sherry has a wealth of business and management experience and a thorough understanding of the human resource function. Her work with a variety of sectors and industries, including real estate development and management, construction, transportation, education, large retail, consulting, financial, telecommunications, and technology, has well prepared her for the complex, ever-changing environments faced by today’s organizations.

With over 15 years in senior HR leadership roles, Sherry has provided leadership and direction for the development and implementation of human resource strategies to support business objectives. She regularly provides advice and guidance to senior managers in all areas of human resource management, specifically on issues of strategic HR planning, integrated talent management, attraction and retention, succession planning and effective supervision.

Sherry’s strongest assets are resourcefulness, creativity, professional integrity and a keen sense of purpose; she views challenges as opportunities and thinks of new and innovative ways to accomplish objectives.

Sherry holds a Diploma in Business Administration and an MBA, and is certified in DiSC, Lominger Leadership Architect® Competency Modeling and Lominger Interview Architect® Competency Based Selection. She was awarded the Saskatchewan Centennial Medal in recognition of her significant volunteer contributions.
